High Life Highland offers those affected by health conditions the opportunity to take part in exercise sessions. Participants personal and sensitive information is required in order to deliver activities that meet the individual’s needs. We deliver activities that include but are not limited to:Â

- Falls prevention
- Parkinson’sÂ

Who we share your information withÂ
In the event of an emergency we may share your information with NHS Highland. A data sharing agreement exists with GPs, where necessary and participants are made aware of this on sign up to classes.Â

How long we hold your informationÂ
High Life Highland will retain your data whilst you are an active member only. Your data will be removed 2 years after your last engagement with High Life Highland.Â
