Supporting your recovery through movement
Cancer Rehab helps people affected by cancer make physical activity part of their routine. Being active before, during, and after treatment can improve strength, reduce fatigue, boost mood, and lower health risks.
This specialised programme offers gentle, safe exercises tailored to your needs at every stage of treatment or recovery. Sessions focus on strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance, and are delivered in person or online by qualified instructors in a supportive environment.
Classes are led by specially trained instructors who adapt exercises to suit your needs and provide ongoing support.
Class types
We run face-to-face classes as Inverness Leisure, or online classes where you can join from home using a tablet, smartphone, or computer with a camera.
