i-care employee awards

Each year, High Life Highland celebrates outstanding achievement through our i-care employee awards.

These awards give employees, volunteers, partners—and you, the public—a chance to recognise the exceptional dedication, skill, and commitment shown by individuals and teams across all our services.

Most award categories are open to High Life Highland employees and volunteers to nominate. The exception is the People's Choice award, which is open to everyone — including members of the public.

All nominations are assessed against our i-care values — Integrity, Community, Accountability, Respect, and Example. Find out more about our values.

Nominations for 2026 are not yet open. The awards ceremony will take place later this year — check back soon.
