You Time is a welcoming programme of low‑to‑moderate intensity activities designed to help you stay active, build confidence, and connect with others. Led by friendly, qualified instructors, sessions focus on balance, mobility, strength and relaxation—ideal if you’re getting started, returning to exercise, prefer a gentler pace, or simply want to move in good company.

How to book

Booking a You Time class is easy:

  1. Browse the classes below to see what’s available.
    You’ll need either a High Life Highland all‑inclusive membership or a pay‑as‑you‑go option to book.
  2. Open the class page for the session you’re interested in.
  3. Scroll down to ‘Leisure centres with this class’.
  4. Choose your preferred centre from the list.
  5. Click View Timetable to check upcoming sessions and book online.
