Managing your High Life Highland membership is straightforward. Whether you need to change your details, add someone to your account or request something specific, you’ll find the right links and guidance here.

Update personal details

You can update personal details and add members to your account online via our booking system or app.

Cancelling your membership

High Life Highland handles refund requests on an individual basis. Please read the following guidelines before submitting a request.

  • Refunds will not be issued for non-use of membership. It is the member’s responsibility to cancel if they no longer wish to continue.
  • All cancellations must be submitted via our online cancellation form.
  • Regardless of circumstances, High Life Highland will only refund up to the equivalent value of 12 months’ subscription.
  • Annual memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • In line with our terms and conditions, leisure and sports centres may occasionally close for repairs, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. If your nominated centre is fully closed for more than two continuous weeks, High Life Highland will offer equivalent credit for each additional full week of closure.
