Helping you move more, feel better

High Life Highland is working with GP practices across the Highlands to deliver the GP Movement and Activity Programme. This initiative explores how working with NHS Highland can help people experience everything High Life Highland offers to improve physical, mental, and social wellbeing.

What’s included?

Participants can be signposted to High Life Highland leisure services and receive a free 7-session pass to one of our participating leisure centres. Our team will introduce you to the facilities and show how regular activity can benefit your health.
