Have a long-term health condition? High Life Highland can help you get active safely. Even small increases in activity can make a big difference to your physical and mental health.

Dynamic Wellbeing is a progressive exercise programme for people who are independently mobile and want to maintain or improve their health. Classes combine strength, balance, flexibility, and aerobic exercises in a safe, supportive environment. Movements can be done standing or with support, depending on your comfort.

Available in person and online, the programme helps prevent decline, build confidence, and support recovery or ongoing management of health conditions. Whether you want to stay strong, steady, or regain independence, Dynamic Wellbeing is designed to help you move with purpose.

Class levels

  • Level 1: For those who need assistance with daily activities, use a walking aid, or have concerns about balance.
  • Level 2: For those who are independently mobile with good balance but may need support for specific exercises.

How to book

You’ll need a High Life Highland all-inclusive or pay-as-you-go membership to book.

  • Scroll down to Leisure centres with this class.
  • Choose your preferred centre from the list.
  • Click View Timetable to see available sessions and book online.
