Stay active, stay connected
High Life Highland works with Parkinson’s UK Scotland and NHS Highland to deliver exercise programmes for people affected by Parkinson’s. Staying active can improve fitness, balance, and quality of life while helping manage symptoms.
These classes focus on mobility, coordination, and overall physical function through a mix of seated and standing exercises using simple equipment. Movements are designed to support everyday activities like walking and turning, while also boosting confidence and cognitive engagement.
Led by experienced instructors, sessions provide a safe, welcoming environment where participants can move at their own pace. Whether newly diagnosed or living with Parkinson’s for some time, this is a supportive space to stay active, maintain independence, and connect with others.
