A reminder for our customers that term-time activities at Inverness Leisure will stop between Monday 18th and Wednesday 20th February because of Highland Council School Holidays. All activities will return as normal on Thursday 21st.

Movement is essential to training healthy bodies. Adding weight (load) to movement, like in our ViPR classes, gives the body a double benefit: we learn to move better, and become stronger and fitter at the same time.
Classes run Wednesdays at 11.05 and Thursdays at 17:15.
