Charleston Academy Community Complex
Charleston Academy Community Complex is a vibrant and inclusive facility managed by High Life Highland in partnership with the Charleston Community Complex Management Committee, on behalf of the Highland Council. The complex includes Charleston Academy, the Charleston Community Complex and the Inverness branch of the Highland Football Academy.
A wide range of rooms and sports facilities are available to hire, supporting activities throughout the day such as baby and toddler groups, senior citizens’ clubs, martial arts, dance classes and more. Sporting facilities including the games hall, gymnasium and full-size astroturf pitch are available in the evenings and during school holidays.
The complex is fully accessible and offers Wi-Fi throughout. Whether you're planning a meeting, training session, birthday party or sports activity, Charleston Academy Community Complex provides flexible spaces to suit your needs.

Multi-purpose room suitable for meetings, classes, and community activities.

Flexible room for meetings, training or group activities. Can be combined with suite 2 for larger events or parties.
Graham Ross suite 2
Multi-use space suitable for classes, clubs or meetings. Can be joined with suite 1 to create a larger combined area.

From the City Centre, walk south-west on High St / National Cycle Route 7 towards Lombard Street. Continue onto Ness Bridge / Young St / B861. Continue onto Tomnahurich Street / A82. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto General Booth Road. Turn right onto Charleston View. Turn left, then slight right and Charleston Academy will be on the right. (Approximately 45 minutes)
From the City Centre head south-west on High St / National Cycle Route 7 towards Lombard St. Turn right onto Bank Street / B862. Turn left onto Greig Street Bridge and continue onto Greig Street. Continue onto Fairfield Road. Slight left, then slight right towards Canal Road. Continue along Canal Road. Turn right towards Charleston View and then turn right onto Charleston View. Turn right and Charleston Academy will be on the right (Approximately 12 minutes)
Take the number 2 or 2A bus from Falcon Square to Charleston View.
From the City Centre head south-west on Castle St/B861 towards Castle Wynd. Continue to follow B861. Continue onto Tomnahurich Street / A82. At Tomnahurich Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Glenurquhart Road / A82. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto General Booth Road. Turn right onto Charleston View. Turn left and Charleston Academy will be on the right. (Approximately 7 mins).
The Charleston Academy Car park is free of charge and includes 3 accessible spaces. There are also 4 other accessible parking spaces immediately in front of the Community Complex.
