Inverness Leisure’s Strength and Conditioning room is a high-performance training zone designed for strength, power, and athletic development. The space features eight double Olympic racks, providing ample room for lifting, alongside a 20-metre indoor track ideal for sled work, sprint drills, and functional training. Equipped with elite-level kit, the room supports a wide range of training styles — from Olympic lifting and powerlifting to athletic conditioning and performance-based workouts — making it the perfect environment to train with purpose and intensity.
