Please only come to the facility if you have received your confirmation email with details of your new day/time, and on the correct dates. We will not allow entry to anyone that is not booked in for that day.
Remember children will only attend every second week until further notice. The confirmation email will advise if they are to attend on an ODD or EVEN week, as well as a specific timetable for your reference.
If you have not yet received an email but were expecting one – please email us on email@example.com including your child’s name, date of birth, and membership number (if known).
We are dealing with a large volume of requests. We appreciate your patience and we will respond as soon as possible.
Our priority is to keep our customers safe – we will have additional staff to maintain a regular cleaning schedule, and to help pupils and parents become familiar with the new system.
In particular customers should note the change for Stage 5 lessons (4-5 year olds) – parents/ guardians will now need to support the child in the water. Our swim teachers must remain socially distanced from pupils, so this is a temporary measure.
By the end of today customers who were in our Learn to Swim scheme prior to lockdown, will have received an e-mail confirming their new space.
This e-mail has been sent to the address we have on file for your child or family’s membership – so please do check both Mum and Dad’s e-mail, and in junk or spam folders.
If your child was in lessons and you have not received one by the end of today… Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org including your child’s name, date of birth, and membership number (if known).
We have a large volume of requests so your patience is appreciated, we will respond as soon as practically possible.
