BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF IN 2019 WITH FULLY FUNDED TRAINING.
Fully funded/partially funded Modern Apprenticeships could be the answer to reducing your training costs and motivating your staff in 2019-20.
Meet Ian Steele...
Ian works at the High Life Highland Inverness Leisure facility.
Ian who works as a lifeguard/leisure assistant at Inverness Leisure was identified by the facility Assistant Manager as a suitable candidate to complete a Modern Apprenticeship through Fitness Training Scotland’s funded programme of training.
Ian was therefore placed on his L2 Modern Apprenticeship in Operational Services which matched his position and allowed appropriate evidence to be gathered.
In addition Ian was also provided with his Active IQ L2 Gym Instructor Qualification as part of his funded programme of training.
Ian is seen here being presented with his bundle of certificates including his Modern Apprenticeship, SVQ and Core Skills certificates from his assessor Paul Garvie.
FTScotland would like to wish Ian all the best in his future career in the health & fitness industry.
