To reach Merkinch Community Centre on foot from Inverness City Centre: Start at Academy Street near the railway station. Head northwest along Chapel Street, then turn left onto Grant Street. Continue straight past Grant Street Park. Turn right onto Coronation Park Road—Merkinch Community Centre is located nearby. The walk takes about 15 minutes.
Cycling from Inverness City Centre to Merkinch Community Centre: Start near Academy Street or the railway station. Head northwest via Chapel Street, then turn left onto Grant Street. Continue past Grant Street Park. Turn right onto Coronation Park Road—Merkinch Community Centre is just ahead. The ride is about 5–7 minutes, mostly flat and on paved roads.
The nearest bus stop is at Coronoation Park / Thornbush Road. Stagecoach buses 3 stops here. The bus can be taken from Academy Street in the City Centre.
