Projects

A young man wearing a blue shirt and white cotton gloves is sitting at a desk. He is looking at a doctor's case and holding the lid open to reveal medical equipment inside. A stethescope and some medical tins sit on the desk. Behind him is a bookcase full of old books.

As well as the displays and exhibitions that can be seen during a visit, behind the scenes the museum works on many projects to help to increase access to the collections and engage with audiences from across the region.  Collaboration is often an important element and the museum is grateful to all its partners and funders who make the projects possible.  Below are some of the highlights from the past few years, including new and current projects.
