We've had a busy week in the library this week
Saturday was Bookbug & Lego Club (with our fabulous High Voltage Library Volunteers from Fortrose Academy)
Monday was Bookbug
Tuesday we had the fabulous Intergenerational Xmas lunch with Black Isle Cares , Fortrose Academy & Black Isle Youth Development With a special visit from the children of Fortrose pre school Xmas Choir
Wednesday we had 'Getting to know your Techno ' with Fortrose Academy & Black Isle Youth Development , A lovely visit form Avoch Mums & Toddlers for a special Xmas Bookbug session , The Afternoon Book Club and The Evening Book Club
Thursday we had the library 'You Time' Xmas Craft Session and then The Intergenerational Games Club with Black Isle Cares & Fortrose Academy
Friday we host the Fortrose Academy Coding Club run by parent volunteers
And Saturday will be Bookbug ........ Did we miss anything ? 😂😂. Oh yes we issued lots of books too !
Read to Succeed is a parental reading group which will be taking place at Culloden Academy on Thursday evenings from 7:00 – 8:30 pm starting January 17th. The programme is intended for parents of pupils from P6-S6, and is all about reading teen fiction for pleasure and stimulating discussion in the home around reading.
