Sauna, Steam & Spa

Take time to relax in our sauna, steam room and spa pool.  All three are situated on the poolside and are available to customers age 16 years and older.

 Sauna

The sauna is an enclosed cabinet that produces dry heat and temperatures can range between 85 – 100°C.  The sauna is for mixed gender use and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people at any one time.

Steam Room

The steam room is an enclosed cabinet that produces wet heat where temperatures can reach up to 50°C.  The steam room is for mixed gender use and can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people at any one time.

Spa Pool

Our spa is a small pool of warm water, usually at approx. body temperature, with jets of water providing a relaxing form of massage.  A maximum of 7 people can sit comfortably in the spa pool at any one time.

A hoist is also available for anyone with impaired mobility who may want to access the spa pool.

There are guidance posters on the walls beside the sauna, steam room and spa.  We recommend customers read these before using any of the above.
