We build the foundations for a healthy and active lifestyle with our fun range of children’s activities. Catering for pre-school, primary and secondary school ages most sessions are free to All Inclusive High Life members and come highly recommended by parents and participants alike.
We also have some sports specific opportunities in partnership with active schools and sports development, these affordable sessions are either free or *discounted for High Life members.
BALL SPORTS
Come and try all different types of Ball Sports whilst having fun with friends. Please bring indoor trainers and a water bottle.
HIGHLAND GAMES
Highland games introduce children to traditional Highland sport and activities in a fun and relaxed environment. Taking place in our sports hall and outdoor pitch, the sessions follow a Highland Games themed activity programme. Please bring a snack and a refillable water bottle, PE kit and footwear suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities.
TAG RUGBY
Fun and games combined with agility, balance and co-ordination fundamentals. Please bring a refillable water bottle, PE kit and footwear suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities.
SOFT PLAY
Fun physical activity with soft play. Developing balance, coordination, agility, climbing, whilst having fun and developing confidence in a safe environment. Children should be able to walk confidently to take part in this activity. Parents/Carer supervision and participation are required during this session.
ATHLETICS
Children will learn and develop athletics skills in a range of fun run, jump and throw events. During the sessions, children will take part in a variety of games and activities to promote development and movement skills. The classes are a fun activity and are suitable for all children regardless of their ability/skill. Please bring a refillable water bottle, PE kit and footwear suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities.
WELL BEING FUSION
Wellbeing Fusion – Supervised Fun Hall Activities and Structured Gym Sessions with a qualified instructor. Topical Wellbeing Sessions will be provided in rotation with other Fusion centres. Youth Work operates a programme of activities which aims to provide fun and informal wellbeing, community learning & development opportunities, including (but not exclusive to)
• Alcohol and Drug Education
• Health Education (including Sexual Health)
• Sports activities
• Watching age-appropriate videos / games
• Youth Participation activities (opportunities to meet & discuss key issues)
