Plan your visit

Welcome to the Highland Folk Museum

Step back in time and explore how people lived, worked and played in the Highlands from the 1700s to the 1950s. With over 35 historic buildings set across our one‑mile site, the Highland Folk Museum offers an immersive journey through centuries of Highland life.

We look forward to welcoming you when we reopen for the 2026 season.
