The Learning Centre

The Learning Centre at Highland Archive Centre is an excellent venue to hire for business meetings, seminars, presentations, and talks. The room features a large presentation screen and flexible layout options to suit your needs. It is fully wheelchair accessible, with access to accessible toilets. Catering is not provided, but you are welcome to arrange external catering if required.

From the bottom of the High Street at Ness Bridge, cross the bridge and turn left to walk south along the riverbank path (keeping the river on your left). After approx. 25 minutes at average walking pace the Highland Archive and Registration Centre will appear on your right hand side.

From the bottom of the High Street at Ness Bridge, cross the bridge and turn left and cycle south along the riverbank path (keeping the river on your left). After approx. 1.2 miles the Highland Archive and Registration Centre will appear on your right hand side.

Stagecoach buses 2/2A and 8 stop closest to Highland Archive and Registration Centre, leaving from Academy Street (2/2A and 8) or Queensgate (8) in Inverness City Centre, and stopping at Cemetery Gates. After alighting from the bus it is a short walk down Bught Drive, turning right on to Bught Lane, passing Inverness Ice Centre on your left before turning left into Highland Archive and Registration Centre car park.

From Inverness City Centre, follow signs for the A82 south to Fort William along Glenurquhart Road, passing Highland Council Headquarters on your left. As you approach Tomnahurich Cemetery Hill keep an eye out for a brown sign post indicating to turn left on to Bught Drive for Inverness Aquadrome and Sports Centre. Follow the signs for the sports centre, turning right on to Bught Lane. Pass Inverness Ice Centre on your left then turn left into Highland Archive and Registration Centre car park.
