Plockton Library is based in the village hall and hosts Bookbug sessions twice a month—one in English and one in Gaelic—alongside a weekly Lego Club that welcomes all ages. Additional activities include games and quiz nights, a German book club, and a seasonal knitting group. Printing and photocopying services are available, and visitors can browse a selection of second-hand books for sale.

From central car park, walk down Harbour Street until you get to Cooper Street on the right. The library is in the Village Hall which is situated on the junction of Harbour Street and Cooper Street (approx. 10 minutes walk)

By train: from Plockton Station walk up Station Road, then past the High School down into the village. Carry on walking down Harbour Street until you get to Cooper Street on the right. The library is in the Village Hall which is situated on the junction of Harbour Street and Cooper Street. (approx. 25 minutes walk)
After entering Plockton, drive over the railway bridge and follow the road to the right past the High School and down into the village. Carry on driving down Harbour Street until you get to Cooper Street on the right. The library is in the Village Hall which is situated on the junction of Harbour Street and Cooper Street. The Village Hall/Library car park is on Harbour Street to the left of the village hall.
