Teen Gym

Teen Gym is a supervised gym session designed for young people aged 11 to 16. It offers a safe and welcoming environment where teens can work out independently - without needing an accompanying adult.

Whether you're new to fitness or already active, Teen Gym gives you the freedom to explore the gym, use equipment, and build healthy habits at your own pace. A qualified instructor will be present throughout the session to offer guidance, answer questions, and ensure everyone is using equipment safely and confidently.

This is a great opportunity to boost fitness, improve strength, and learn how to train responsibly in a supportive setting.

Please note: All participants must complete a gym induction before attending their first session.
