Olympic Weightlifting is a technique-driven class focused on mastering the Snatch and Clean & Jerk - two powerful lifts used in competitive weightlifting. You’ll also work on accessory movements and conditioning drills that support explosive power and coordination.
This session is designed to improve athletic performance and transfer strength into other sports. While some experience with lifting or a good general fitness level is helpful, beginners are welcome and supported.
