About our facilities

At High Life Highland, we aim for the highest standards of inclusivity. This page shares helpful information about our changing and showering areas so you know what to expect before you visit.

Changing areas at East Caithness Community Facility

Wet Side Changing Facilities:

• The main changing village includes 30 individual changing cubicles
• Lockers are available for customer use; these operate with a £1 coin, which is refunded after use
• Hairdryers provided
• Baby changing facilities are available within both the main changing village and the accessible changing area
• The accessible facility includes a sink, shower with seating, a height-adjustable changing bed, and a ceiling-mounted hoist with roof tracks
• Poolside access includes a dedicated pool hoist to assist users entering the water
• Toilets and eight showers are located leading towards the main pool entrance

Gym Changing Facilities:

• The gym changing rooms comprise two changing cubicles, two shower cubicles, and eight lockers
• An additional accessible changing facility with a shower is located outside the main gym changing area

Dry Side Changing Facilities:

• Toilets, showers, and large changing areas are located adjacent to the main sports hall
• An accessible changing facility is also provided and includes a sink, changing area, shower, and toilet
