Led by a qualified instructor, each session takes place in our hydrotherapy pool, heated to a comfortable 33°C. The warmth of the water reduces stress on joints and creates a feeling of weightlessness, giving you greater freedom of movement than you might experience on land. Sessions include gentle exercises to help maintain flexibility, muscle tone, and coordination, all at a steady, manageable pace.
