Women across the Highlands are being urged to make time for their wellbeing — with only a few tickets remaining for our upcoming menopause-focused workshop in Inverness.
The 'Wellness, Your Way – Well Women, Well Life' event takes place on Saturday 6 June, from 10am to 12 noon, at Bught Park Pavilion, and is designed to help women feel informed, supported and confident during menopause and perimenopause.
About the workshop
The two-hour, in-person workshop is hosted by High Life Highland, in partnership with Menopause Health Highland, and will be led by expert clinicians Dr Emma Rushworth and Dr Beth MacFarlane.
Attendees will hear evidence-based advice, take away practical wellbeing tips, and have the opportunity to connect with others in a welcoming and relaxed setting.
Emma Thomson, Business Development Manager at High Life Highland, said: "We have been delighted with the response to our 'Well Women, Well Life' event, and look forward to welcoming everyone to this special event next weekend. We have a few tickets left so if anyone has been thinking about attending but hasn't yet booked, we encourage you to do so quickly."
"This is going to be a really lovely morning," Emma added. "The workshop has been thoughtfully designed as a safe and supportive space where women can share experiences, feel heard, and learn directly from menopause experts."
