Lee Beckwith is Operations Manager and a qualified fitness instructor at Craig MacLean Leisure Centre in Grantown-on-Spey. With nearly 15 years of experience at High Life Highland and qualifications to level 4 in falls prevention and GP referrals, Lee has been delivering exercise classes for older adults across the Badenoch and Strathspey area for almost 13 years.
