Following the success of our spring Family History Day the Highland Archive Centre is excited to announce a re-run of this event for anyone interested in learning about family history, discovering the sources and services available from the Highland Archive Service, or considering family history vouchers or commissioned research as a Christmas present!
- 10:30 -11:30 - Talk & Q&A: “The Quirks of Family History” with Family Historian Anne Fraser
- 11:30-1:00 - Displays of original documents to enrich genealogy research (such as school and poor relief records), Scotland’s People taster sessions, and the chance to chat with our Family Historians, Anne and Alasdair, about all things genealogy
