Whether you are completely new to using archival material or looking to develop your skills further, our friendly and informative courses will help you discover the rich resources available, what information they contain and how they can help you with your research.
Archives for beginners
We offer two sets of four classes. Set one covers an Introduction to Archives, Education, Church and Property Records and will run in November 2026. Set two covers Poor Relief Records, Crime and Punishment, Family and Estate Papers and will run in early 2027.
