Changing Room Information

Weigh To Go – High intensity circuit class to tone your body and shed fat as well as improving your fitness and endurance.  Our instructors will guide you around different exercise stations where you’ll get to do different exercises as many times as you can in a set amount of time.

Lift & Tone – Learn to lift weights safely doing exercises such as squats, deadlift, bench press, using all areas of the resistance area.

Teen Gym – Supervised gym sessions to allow teens aged 11 or older to use the gym without their parent/guardians.

Indoor Cycling – 
Stationary group cycle class, control your resistance and effort through the ride, experience hills, flats & sprints designed to build strength and endurance.  New bikes now have a monitor showing your speed, calories, RPM and Heart Rate.

Total Toning – a combination of body sculpting exercises, with the optional use of resistance bands to tone and strengthen all areas of the body and get you into great shape fast.

Aquadance – a water aerobic exercise class that mixes dancing with traditional squats & kicks.  Twist, shimmy and move those hips to some well known tunes in this fun dance class.

Dynamic Well being – Small changes to your activity levels can make a huge difference to your mental and physical health.  Dynamic Wellbeing has been set up with the aim to help those who are struggling to become healthier, and more active self.

Kettlebells – full-body exercises like swings, squats, and presses, focusing on building strength, endurance, balance, and agility through powerful, efficient movements that engage core muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness.

Yoga – holistic practice combining physical postures, breathwork, and meditation. Improves flexibility, strength, balance, and mental clarity through mindful movement and focused breathing techniques.

Pilates – is suitable for all fitness levels and is especially beneficial for those looking to improve posture, reduce back pain, or support recovery from injury. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular practitioner, this class offers a safe, effective, and rewarding way to build strength and stability from the inside out.
