| Lane swimming | The pool will be divided into lanes for people swimming lengths only. |
| Open swimming | Admission Policy. A public swimming session, all ages and abilities welcome. |
| Family friendly session | Admission Policy. Designed for families (no un-accompanied adults or children). The toddlers pool will be open during these sessions. |
| Aqua Fit | Fitness to music class taking place within the shallow end of the swimming pool. |
| ASD | Coached adult swimming class for developing your technique (the spa and steam room will be open to the public during these sessions). |
| Swimming lessons | Term time lessons for children. |
| School use | The pool is utilised by Dingwall Academy and is closed to the public during these times. |
| Fun session | The floats will be out in this session only, please note that the session will be reduced numbers and will be a first come first served session |
