Programme guide notes:
| Lane swimming | Sessions will have 4 lanes with a maximum of 8 swimmers in each lane. |
| Open swimming | Admission Policy. A public swimming session, all ages and abilities welcome. Please note there will be extra open swimming instead of school use on 25th of Nov |
| Family friendly session | Admission Policy. Designed for families (no un-accompanied adults or children). The toddlers pool will be open during these sessions. |
| Aqua Fit | Fitness to music class taking place within the shallow end of the swimming pool. Please note there will be no aqua fit on the 23rd of Oct, 11th,13th & 20th of Nov. Open swimming will replace these dates with the exception of the 20th of Nov where the pool will be closed (see below private booking information) |
| ASD | Coached adult swimming class for developing your technique (the spa and steam room will be open to the public during these sessions). |
| Swimming lessons | Term time lessons for children. The current block will run until Thursday 8th of Oct. Lessons will restart Monday 26th of Oct and run until Thursday 17th of Dec |
| School use | The pool is utilised by Dingwall Academy and so is shut to the public during these times. |
| Friday evening lane swimming | Please be aware due to the demand for pool parties these can be booked on Friday evenings from 8.00-9.00pm (check reception for availability). |
| Dingwall Swim Club | The swimming pool is closed to the public at this time. |
| Private booking | Due to a swimming gala the swimming pool will be closed to the public on Friday 20th of November from 8.45am until 1.30pm |
| Admissions Policy | Children aged 0,1,2 or 3 must be accompanied by an adult on a 1 to 1 basis. Children aged 4, 5, 6 and 7 must be accompanied by an adult on a ratio of 1 Adult: 2 children. |
