| Lane swimming | The moveable floor is set at 1.1m. Lane ropes and signage are out for these sessions in all 6 lanes indicating, fast, medium and slow lanes. |
| Open swimming / Adult Swim | Admission Policy. The moveable floor is set to 1.1m. Lane ropes are set out in the deep side of the pool for some of these sessions. |
| Family friendly session | Admission Policy. Designed for families (no un-accompanied adults or children). The movable floor is set to 0.9m. Floats and toys available to make the session fun. |
| Aqua aerobics | Fitness to music class taking place within the shallow end of the swimming pool. Moveable floor set to 1.2m. |
