Customer Guidelines
- Booking times include preparation and dismantling of equipment.
- Booking times must include use of changing rooms.
- Any required equipment must be detailed on the booking form under the ‘Requirements’ section.
- Before we can accept a Club Booking, relevant insurance, a child protection policy and relevant teaching qualifications must be submitted with the booking sheet.
- Block bookings may be made for up to 12 months. A new booking form must be submitted at the end of each booking period.
- Once the booking is confirmed, 7 days’ notice of cancellation is required otherwise, charges may apply.
- Exterior bookings may be cancelled at any time due to inclement weather. Advanced notice will be provided if possible.
High Life Highland has the right to amend or add to these conditions of let at any time.
