Customer Guidelines
- Booking times include preparation and dismantling of equipment.
- Booking times must include use of changing rooms.
- Any required equipment must be detailed on the booking form under the ‘Requirements’ section.
- Before we can accept a Club Booking relevant insurance, a child protection policy and relevant teaching qualifications must be submitted with the booking sheet.
- Block bookings are only accepted in 6-month blocks. After 6 months a new booking form must be submitted.
- Once the booking is confirmed 7 days’ notice of cancellation is required otherwise charges may apply.
- Exterior bookings may be cancelled at any time due to inclement weather. Advanced notice will be provided if possible.
