Olympic Weightlifting (youth) is a technique-driven class focused on mastering the Snatch and Clean & Jerk - two powerful lifts used in competitive weightlifting for 11 - 16 year olds. You’ll also work on accessory movements and conditioning drills that support explosive power and coordination.
This 2-hour session is designed to improve athletic performance and transfer strength into other sports. While some experience with lifting or a good general fitness level is helpful, beginners are welcome and supported.
