The Highland Archive Centre in Inverness is the only venue in the Highlands with direct access to Scotland’s People Network. This invaluable resource provides a wealth of historic records from across Scotland, including:
- Census Returns (1841–1921)
- Old Parish Registers (up to 1854)
- Births, Marriages and Deaths (from January 1855)
We have four spaces available each day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, bookable at £20 per day (booking is essential). Copies of historic images can also be printed for a small fee.
