Next of Kin Lunchtime Lecture

Highland historian Jim Miller will speak about his father’s Great War experiences in the Navy, in particular the event when his ship was sunk by German enemy forces. Jim will share insights into his father’s experiences as a survivor and an internee through excerpts from his original letters home. This telling of a tale of the High Seas in part of our ‘Next of Kin’ series of lectures and events, accompanying the ‘Next of Kin: Scottish Families and the Great War’ exhibition partnership with National Museums Scotland.
