Over the past couple of weeks we have been keeping customers updated via email and social media on the planned ‘downtime’ of our leisure booking system and member joining system.
The booking system is now back online and running as normal.

What next for the booking system?
- By completing this important piece of preparation work between Sunday 8th June and Wednesday 11th June, it will allow us to start building a better booking system for you. We think that’s worth getting excited about!
- The initial work that we have completed is just the first phase of the upgrade. The customer-facing side of the booking system will remain unchanged for now (although will only be accessible via the new website address link above), with exciting improvements coming later this year. We’ll keep you informed as those changes get closer in time.
- In addition to this upgrade, we’re also developing a new smartphone app for highlife members and launching a brand-new website integrated with the updates systems.
