- If you have forgotten your PIN please use our Pin Recovery Tool
- If you would like to cancel or freeze your membership :- Cancel/Freeze Membership or telephone our highlife Central Team on 01349 781800 who will be happy to help.
If you have cancelled your membership, you have the option to rejoin, putting your membership onto a frozen status which means that no direct debits will be taken from your bank account. The benefit of this is that there will be no delay when sites open and you wish to restart your membership. If you would like to take advantage of this option, please print the membership form below and write on the top of the form ‘FREEZE’. Then sign and return it to:

The highlife membership team will then set up your membership and confirm your account is frozen, ready for you to unfreeze when you are ready.
