With sites reopening from 31st August 2020 in a phased manner, we are inviting customers to unfreeze their membership if they chose to freeze them during lockdown. For those who cancelled their membership or cancelled their Direct Debit with the bank, they will need to rejoin as their Direct Debit mandate needs set up again with the bank.
Frozen Memberships: To unfreeze, please complete the unfreeze form.
Cancelled Memberships/Direct Debits: To rejoin, please complete the online joining form.
You can make changes to your highlife membership here:
- If you wish to amend details of people included in your membership please complete the Amendment form and email to [email protected] or contact your local leisure centre
- If you have forgotten your PIN please use our Pin Recovery Tool
- If you would like to cancel or freeze your membership please complete the Cancel/Freeze Membership request form.
