My best ever killer whale sighting at St John's point in Caithness on Friday 3rd August. First spotted the orca at Scarfskerry then found them again at St John's Point. This poor video taken on mobile phone. There were 7 orca in total with 2 males. Look for the terrified seal on the lone rock near the top. We didn't see any seals actually taken but they got pretty close. Eventually moved off east towards island of Stroma. All happened during Sea Watch Foundation National Whale and Dolphin Watch Week too, following 2 dedicated watches I ran which produced one porpoise in total. I feel very fortunate to have witnessed this by pure chance.
