Swimming Lessons Dates 2019

  • Monday 29th April – Saturday 29th June – (8 week block) excludes 6th – 11th May
  • Monday 8th July – Friday 12th July – (5 Days intensive and this is only bookable through the summer activities programme)
  • Monday 29th July – Friday 2nd August – (5 Days intensive and this is only bookable through the summer activities programme)
  • Monday 19th August – Saturday 12th October – (8 week block)

Metafit: Intense whole body workout to boost metabolism.

P90x: Ultimate fat burning, full body workout.

Fit Plus: Low impact aerobics

Zumba: Dance fitness class – total body workout.

Pilates: improves flexability, builds strength and develops control.

Fatburn Extreme: 20 minute maximum intensity workout.

Body Tone: Designed to tone and shape legs, bum and tum.

Pump Fx: Aerobic, endurance & strength workout class using barbell

Kettlesbells: Perform dynamic moves to target aspect of fitness

Yoga: traditional yoga moves.

Body Attack: A rapid calorie burner, this high-energy fitness class combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Body Balance: Elements of Yoga, Tai-Chi and Pilates to build flexibility and strength leaving you centered, strong and calm.

Otago: Evidence based exercise targeted for older adults, proven to increase mobility and reduce falls.

CX Worx: 30 minute core focused workout using resistance tubes, weight plates and body weight exercises. This abs class is a vital ingredient for a strong supple body.
