Due to the Safe Highlander Event taking place within the leisure centre the following areas will be closed to the public during the dates/times listed below;

  • Tuesday 2nd October from 4pm – Friday 5th October until 12.30pm
    • Gameshall closed
    • Activity hall closed
    • Dance studio closed
    • Strength room closed between 8am & 4pm during the dates/times listed above

Unfortunately this will mean that no fitness classes will be running during these times – we apologise for any inconvenience caused

Due to essential maintenance taking place the swimming pool will be closed to the public from Monday the 29th of October and is due to reopen on Thursday the 8th of November.  Please note that all other facilities/activities will be available as normal during this time.  We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.”

Body Balance: Elements of Yoga, Tai-Chi and Pilates to build flexibility and strength leaving you centered, strong and calm.

Otago: Evidence based exercise targeted for older adults, proven to increase mobility and reduce falls.

CX Worx: 30 minute core focused workout using resistance tubes, weight plates and body weight exercises. This abs class is a vital ingredient for a strong supple body.
