Want to know more about what goes on at your local leisure centre? Want to know if there’s activities within its walls to suit you? Want to know more about taking care of your health and wellbeing in an affordable way?
If the answer to any of these questions is “yes” then we can help! A dedicated team of High Life Highland staff are hitting the Highland roads in the coming weeks, visiting leisure sites the length and breadth of the county to answer all your queries and give you a taste of the highlife!
High Life Highland operates 25 leisure centres with gyms, fitness classes, kids activities, health and wellness offerings and in some locations – swimming pools with lessons for children, aqua aerobics along with a variety of other opportunities to be physically active.
Emma Thomson of the Community, Leisure and Sport team explained: “We realise that if someone is not familiar with their local leisure centre it can be daunting taking that first step to come in and find out if it’s for you. That is why we are taking our highlife roadshow on the road. We will be popping up at High Life Highland leisure sites to speak with people, answer their questions and tell them more about how we can support the health and wellbeing of all our customers and their families.
“At High Life Highland, we are all about making life better for people so we will be offering exclusive on-the-day promotions, guest passes, as well as competitions and giveaways. And even if you’re already a member – we would still love to see you, so please pop in and say hello.”
