What is HYROX?

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times.

These workouts include a variety of exercises such as rowing, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, farmer’s carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg. 

 As an affiliate HYROX training venue, we provide specialised classes and programs that prepare you for high-intensity HYROX races. Our team guide you through each stage, ensuring you build the strength, endurance, and agility needed to excel.
