Lochbroom Swimming Pool

High Life Highland and Ullsapool are delighted to announce that Lochbroom Leisure Centre will be extending its weekend opening hours starting from Saturday 5th August until, and including, Sunday 1st October.

These extended opening hours will include the gym, climbing wall, games hall, swimming pool and sauna, giving the community, visitors to the area and highlife members more time to enjoy the local facility every Saturday and Sunday throughout that period.

Matthew Haughey, High Life Highland’s Leisure Manager at the location, said: “We are really excited to be able to offer extended hours at the weekend, and we encourage the local community and visitors to take advantage.

Lochbroom Leisure Centre offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities for the local community and visitors to the area.

“The facilities include a 4 court gameshall, climbing wall, outdoor tennis court, fitness room, sauna and family friendly 25m swimming pool.

“A varied programme provides offerings including group fitness classes, lane, public, family and senior swims as well as children’s swim lessons and the gameshall can be set up to play badminton, indoor football, basketball, volleyball, hockey, gymnastics, soft play, and many other activities.

“Full access to the centre is included as part of highlife memberships or you can pay as you go, so Lochbroom Leisure awaits your weekend bookings – now with more time to make the most of what’s on offer.

“Speak to our friendly reception staff on site, or check the timetables on High Life Highland’s website for more information.”
