UIG Active Schools FC using CSH Nets

Although the facilities at Portree High School and the Fingal Centre provided the initial focus for the Skye and Lochalsh Community Sport Hub, the project has been set-up to benefit club sport, physical activity and promote Health and Wellbeing within the Skye and Lochalsh area. Clubs, groups and organisations based within this area are welcomed to be part of the project.

Vision:

‘Skye & Lochalsh Community Sport Hub will support and empower all sections of the community to take part in sport and physical activity.’

Alongside local clubs throughout the area the Community Sport Hub also counts,  Portree High School, Portree Primary, Active-Schools, Facilities, Sports Development, Youth Devemopment, sportscotland, regional development managers for Governing Bodies of Sport, Skye & Lochalsh Sports Council & Young Leaders as key partners in the project.
