*Please remember to only exercise if you are feeling fit and able to take part. Stop if you feel unwell at all during the exercise; feeling dizzy, have chest pain, feel sick or feel unusual bone/joint pain.
*Wear comfortable flat shoes, even in the house to support your feet and balance.
*Always complete a warm up prior to doing any exercise, particularly if you have been sitting for a period beforehand.
*Ensure your space is clear and suitable for exercising at home, the floor space is clear and free of trip hazards like cables or the corners of rugs.
*Keep water handy and drink before, during and after exercise is prevent dehydration.
