Jeff Tavendale and Cath Moore are intending running a level 1 course for both teaching & coaching at Abernethy. We’re often asked what the difference between the courses is – coaching is for those involved in working with competitive & older swimmers, teaching is for those who would like to know the basics and how to get people from non- swimmers to proficient swimmers. The latter is what most leisure facilities are looking for.
