- Complete the form UKCC Level 1 Application Form that you must send off to sportscotland for the £100 bursary – http://www.scottishswimming.com/members/teachers-coaches/uk-coach-certificate-info-and-courses.aspx (word doc. Level 1&2 subsidy form)
- Submit payment of £300 either by cheque made payable to ‘Cath Moore Swimming’ address below or by BACS payment – Santander 01085263, sort code 09-01-50
