The responsible adult for this purpose has to be over 18 years of age and been inducted into the use of the gym.

Any U16’s using the Gym need to go to main reception to swipe in so that they can get the relevant band to wear to show they have completed the relevant induction to use the gym.

Yes, the responsible adult needs to go through the relevant induction for area to be used by U16.

We will attempt to accommodate any request for an induction, however, if this is not possible then we will advise of when the next possible induction is scheduled for and book them in.  Feel free to reach us on 01463 667500 or at [email protected].

Yes, the responsible adult can observe providing they have gone through the relevant induction and are not obstructing any other gym user.

The responsible adult has to be within sight of the U16 so they can observe them at all times to make sure they are using the correct technique & machines they were inducted on.

Yes, you would require to pay for use of the gym.

The responsible adult only has to be present with U16s after 6.30pm, Monday to Thursday.  Any other times out with these times, U16s can come in on their own providing they have completed the relevant and appropriate induction.

Yes, although the new policy begins on 6th May, there will be a grace period of 3 weeks up until to 27th May.
