We build the foundations for a healthy and active lifestyle with our fun range of children’s activities. Catering for pre-school, primary and secondary school ages, most sessions are free to All Inclusive High Life members and come highly recommended by parents and participants alike.

We also have some sports specific opportunities in partnership with active schools and sports development, these affordable sessions are discounted for High Life members.

SOFT PLAY

Active play time to climb, clamber and crawl in this colourful area for pre-schoolers.

FOOTBALL

Encouraging good teamwork and communication, improving football skills including passing, dribbling and shooting.

NETBALL

It’s catch, pass and shoot with this fast paced team game. Master these skills in this class.

FIT KIDS

Who knows what game, race, challenge is next in this high energy and fun class.

A.B.C  

Entry level activity that will teach children about agility, balance and co-ordination in a fun and energetic way.

GYM DANCE  

Move, groove, wiggle and giggle with this fun rhythmic introduction to dance, prepare to perform.

TEEN GYM

At a vital stage in life, 12 to 15 year olds are encouraged to take on a lifelong healthy lifestyle, under instruction from our coaches teens will have the opportunity to become familiar with the fitness suite and experience gym programmes. Teen gym will actively improve fitness levels and confidence through the use of body weight exercises, cardio vascular equipment and fun fitness challenges.

Primary and secondary activities are booked in term time blocks by submitting consent form and application. Preschool activities are bookable week to week.
